2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Options

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international destinations. Below are the delivery options available, along with typical timelines and costs:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all U.S. addresses, with delivery in 3-5 business days after processing. Standard shipping is complimentary for orders totaling **\(500 or more**; for orders under \)500, a flat rate of $15 applies.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose Express Shipping, which delivers in 1-2 business days after processing. A flat rate of $35 applies to all Express Shipping orders, regardless of order value.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Delivery timelines for these regions are slightly extended—5-7 business days for Standard Shipping (flat rate \(25) and **2-3 business days** for Express Shipping (flat rate \)45).

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 international destinations, including major countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Canada. International shipping timelines and costs vary by destination:

  • Delivery Timelines: Typically 7-10 business days after processing, though delays may occur due to customs clearance (which is beyond our control).
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your destination country and order weight, and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Longchamn order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential additional costs before placing your order.

3. Shipping Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on your shipping method and destination). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress in real time—from our warehouse to your doorstep.   • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping (domestic only), but Express Shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, delivery timelines may be extended to 7-10 business days (Standard Shipping only, flat rate $18).
  • Large Items: Luggage and oversized items (e.g., large duffels) may require additional shipping time and may be subject to a surcharge of $20 (applied at checkout). This surcharge covers the extra packaging and handling needed to protect these items during transit.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address (including street number, apartment/unit number, and zip code) before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 2 hours of order placement—once an order has been processed for shipping, address changes are no longer possible.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building management (e.g., front desk, mail room) to confirm it was not accepted on your behalf. If the package is still unaccounted for, contact us within 48 hours of the “delivered” status, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will either arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund (per our Refund Policy) once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible damage (e.g., torn packaging, dented boxes) or if the item inside is damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, then contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
